Joining Instructions

Clothing Provided: Personal protective clothing for use during the practical sessions. These are worn over the top of your clothes.
Please wear: comfortable gym wear, shorts/leggings, cargo or work pants and a dark-coloured t-shirt/ long-sleeved shirt. It may be cold (and possibly wet) so bring layers to dress warmly.
Footwear: Comfortable closed-toe, strong footwear – work/hiking boots or Joggers
Please bring: A change of clothes in case you get wet, sunscreen, hat, raincoat, water bottle and a smile!
